It’s almost go time here on WrestleMania Sunday! Pip and I are giddy with optimism for the show this evening. We took it easy last night cause we know we’ve got a long road ahead of us this evening… The Beeramid is a formidable opponent but we’re confident that once again we’ll manage to take it down. We sat down last night and came to our final list of rules for this evening’s festivities.
Pizza… check
Wings… check
Snacks… check
Beer… check, check, check
It’s the Grandaddy of em all… WrestleMania time!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted a Pic From 406 and I figured this was just the thing to “get me back in the game” so to speak. While we’re much more mature and grown up these days (OK maybe not all of us) I ran across this picture on the hard drive and it literally made me laugh out loud.

WrestleMania XXVI will take place on March 28th in Arizona. I’m happy to say that after working through some logistical issues, Pip and I will once again renew our Beeramid tradition! As with years past, we have created these “rules of engagement” which will help us to construct that glorious structure.
The last time Pip and I got together we came dangerously close to “one night one case” and I’m thinking March 28th just may be the night… time will tell. Let’s get it on!

We came… we saw… we kicked its ass!!!
Things were looking pretty harry there for while, but I’m happy to say that once again, Pip & I stood victorious over the structure that we refer to as the Beeramid. I’ll be honest with you, there was a time there when we thought we were in for a rough go of it. Pip and I started this tradition while watching WrestleMania one year and we’ve continued it every time he’s come to visit since then. For those of you that don’t know, this is the WWE’s flagship show and marks the end of the wrestling “season” if there was such a thing. WrestleMania 25 Recap – Lackluster Show With A Couple Of Standouts
Pip, my brother and I got together and carried on our tradition of watching WrestleMania together. This was the 25th anniversary of the show so were expecting big things and a great show. What we got (with a couple of exceptions) was neither. Overall I’d have to say it was a pretty bad show with just a couple of high spots – certainly not what we were expecting from the biggest show of the year… and the 25th anniversary at that.
