I’ve said it on numerous occasions, but it’s not often that the wife and I find a movie that we’re both interested in seeing. The last one that we agreed looked good was The Break-Up which didn’t turn out too great. But I digress.
We were interested in Date Night cause we like both of the movie’s stars (Steve Carell of The Office fame and Tina Fey from Saturday Night Live). The wife and I had an opportunity recently to actually sit down and watch a movie! It doesn’t happen often where the stars align, we put the kids down AND we’ve got a movie on hand that we BOTH are interested in watching. I’d like to say that this was an awesome movie and it was time well spent… unfortunately that’s not quite the case. In fact, we had to watch this one in two sittings cause the first time we started watching it I fell asleep.

Like many of you, we’ve got multiple refrigerators in our house. We’ve got a main fridge in the kitchen and a tiny “dorm room” in there as well for additional soft drinks and fruit for the boys. In the basement I’ve got another dorm fridge dedicated to hops and barley. Up until a couple of weeks ago we also had a full size freezer in the basement as well as a partially working refrigerator in the garage. And that’s when the fun began.
